Course duration is around 2 hours (varies based on discussion and questions). $75 for the Postpartum Plan Meeting

Antenatal Support: These services are going to look very similar to the support I offer as a postpartum doula. There are a variety of reasons you may need support while you are still pregnant such as: gestational diabetes, placenta previa, preeclampsia, early rupture of membranes, risk of preterm labor, incompetent cervix, low amniotic fluid, pregnancy with multiples, anxiety or depress, high blood pressure, or simply being overwhelmed. Antenatal simply means before birth and focuses on offering support for birthing persons and their families who may be experiencing a difficult pregnancy, an otherwise healthy pregnancy with overwhelming factors, or a pregnancy that is accompanied by medically directed restrictions. Antenatal support sessions will be similarly priced as the postpartum packages - with minor adjustments to be made. Please inquire for more information and specific details.

“Welcome Home” Package: The first few hours home can be overwhelming along with a blur of excitement and activity. With a Welcome Home package you can be assured that all of the ‘behind the scenes’ action will be taken care of. With this service know that you will be provided with a warm meal, help unpacking bags from the hospital, assistance getting settled into your space, and a plan for optimizing rest in the following days. There is a lot of flexibility in this time we will spend together, based on your immediate needs, as you adjust to having just gone through the event of birth. It is recommended this service be accessed in the first 2-4 days following the birth of your baby. $100 for a 3-4 hour session.

Lactation Support and Education: As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist I am prepared and educated to help you with common breastfeeding concerns and difficulties including bottle feeding (breastmilk and formula), and also pumping. We will spend one hour together going through your needs in order to establish how I can assist you on your lactation journey. It is never too early OR too late to reach out of support. You may be still pregnant and wanting to learn more and prepare. You might also find yourself with your new baby several weeks after birth and needing more help than you anticipated. $60 for a one hour lactation session.
